Yet skip the disrespect they'd fully condone.

Thank you for the light you bring,
For kindness wrapped in everything.
For being there when skies were gray,
And lifting me in your own way.

Yes, I'll be fine — I always survive,
I find my way back, I learn to revive.
But give me a moment, don't rush me through,
