If the trouble does this, let if be for a short time only.
Know that we all live life one day at a time,
even though with retrospective viewing some periods will clump together like giant pancakes of life batter.
Make the most of each day whether you are in a semi paralyzed decionsless state or whether you're being hyperdisciplined or emergently creative.
