When I was 11 I had issues with depression and felt tranquility in writing even if it made no sense at all. A year later I was diagnosed with clinical depression, and even now on medication, I still write through rough times and it continues to soothe me. My age should not matter because it's the words I write that matter. I really hope to become a journalist when I am older and hope to have that career my entire life. I love to write. I always am. I am glad I found out about this site and to get a more vast opinion from other writers on my entries.
Let me start off with this.
I miss you.
If I could have one wish,
it would be to have you back in my life.
...
Those three simple words
I keep saying to you,
Cause the birds
up above to fly right through
...
Slowly sneaking up on you
But do you know what it can do?
Are you ready to fight?
...
I really hope this isn't a mistake.
Because this is a chance I'm not quite willing to take.
I missed you so much
