Thank you very much for letting me use your poem. I have written about a minute of the piece since I got your email, so I'm roughly a quarter of the way done. I think it sounds quite beautiful and the music compliments the text quite nicely. Once I finish I will send you a PDF of the score as well as the audio file. Hopefully when I finish the piece you will enjoy the piece as much as I do. Is there a better way to reach you so I can send you the score and music? Hello Tanmayi Mukundan, I am a composer from Michigan and I was wondering if it would be okay to set your text of Close Your Eyes, My Angel to music.
