T. F. Rice is the Editor of The Other Herald, a small Western New York literary publication aimed at youth/elder writers and those otherwise in isolation (whether it be due to a small-town or long-term-care living) . Rice can better be described as a 'recovering accountant' (other career) . Published works include The City/Country Poet's Guide to Old Forge, New York: Memories of Great Times, a 'crossover' book between Travel and Literature. More 'Guides' are planned, as well as other 'crossover' books, part of a
lifetime goal to make poetry more accessible.
