He was born in Tibet and brought up in India. He fled from Tibet to escape the atrocities of Chinese political oppression. He believes in his own Motto " I have enough time to rest, but I don't have a minute to waste" with this motto in mind, he is trying his best to make the best use of his Freedom to raise the voice for the voiceless Tibetans buried behind the boundaries of high standing Himalayas.
He is a Political activist in the Tibetan freedom movement and a poet.

but forget me not after my death rattles

Burn me not with bushes and twigs
