Simonette Espiritu Tenido as her maiden name was born in Binan, Laguna, Philippines on December 23,1969.She finished with the course of Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in English at Saint Michael's College of Laguna, Binan, Laguna, Philippines.Took the 35 units of Pedagogical Studies (DPPD, from October 2010-March 2011) at the University of Eftimie Murgu, Resita, Caras-Severin County, Romania.
