Like a flute, I lament,
Not for failing to grow up but for dancing in a prison of torment,
I mourn, not for love but for the beautiful garment of dignity and hope i have slashed,
In the shadow of civilization I

...

                    Like a flute, I lament,
Not for failing to grow up but for dancing in a prison of torment,
I mourn, not for love but for the beautiful garment of dignity and hope i have slashed,
In the shadow of civilization I
hide my regret of decisions
rushed,
I lament, for the unknown,
Wing's of misery spreads
over me, threatening to bring me down,
Burden mocks me, each night,
heartache knock's,
Determination to survive is
locked,
i need to break free
but i have lost the power in
the grief tower,
From drowning on a bottle of smirnoff on rocks,
To inhaling smoke like air,
I have tried to escape from
this prison yet life is still
unfair,
For how long must i lament?
Who will be a savior and bring me out of this torment?
Only my MAKER.
