Reva Kern Poems

Two hearts tossed
Into a vast valley -
Waiting on a hilltop
For clouds to appear
...

Little crystal dewdrop
Trembling daughter of the morning,
On the tip of a leaf of thyme
What are you doing on the hill?
...

I also sketch
See the spring season
In the fields
...

The hammock sways ever so slowly
In the gentle breeze
Of a hot summer afternoon
As I, lost in reverie, gaze up
...

Holding onto your reflection
Captivates my mind
Gripping it with my body
Slowly, sinking down into
...

Envelopes arrive from
Foreign lands
Carrying letters once held
By other hands
...

My soul has the naïvety of a glittering entity
Of a snow in February
Ah!We return to the threshold of childhood
On a pathway toward prayer
...

Concealed in my raincoat,
I walk in cozy abandon
Through mist and rain
With my hands dug deeply
...

Always within myself I keep a profound sadness
The etched friendship of an adorable child
For whom her death sounded the fatal ivory horn
Because she was beautiful, and gracious and blonde
...

Qui possède ces bois, je pense que je sais
Sa maison est dans le village bien que
Il ne me verra pas m'arrêter ici
Regarder ses bois se remplir de neige.
...

The open window
Faces the boundary
Overlooking hills and fields
...

Escribo sobre la mariposa
Es una cosa bonita
Y vuela como los pájaros
Pero no canta
...

J'écris sur le papillon
C'est une belle chose;
Et vole comme des oiseaux
Mais il ne chante pas
...

You appeared on the scene
Like striking a pose on a stage
That had not changed
Though our roles had
...

Opening the window
The peak of the mountain
Appears before me.
...

Je ne suis personne! Qui êtes vous?
Ne sont vous personne aussi?
Alors il y a deux d'entre nous....ne le dites pas!
Ils banniraient - vous savez!
...

这么聊

小车
雨水 给上釉
...

西行の忘れおきしか笠一ツ

Heading West
...

¡No soy nadie! ¿Quién eres tú?
¿Eres tú nadie también?
¡Entonces hay un par de nosotros - - No digas!
¡Ellos desterrarían- - ya sabes!

The Best Poem Of Reva Kern

Love And Dreams

Two hearts tossed
Into a vast valley -
Waiting on a hilltop
For clouds to appear
Tormented
Longing for a tempest
To snatch the souls
Transforming them
Into white clouds
Of two spirits -
Clouds arrived early
Bleak, hopeless and desolate.
