I want your time, your hand in mine
The world to stop leave life behind
A glance to spare
A laugh to share

...

        What's left of you
And left of me
All that was and will ever be
Is yours, is mine, it will keep us free

...

        Beware the friendly stranger
Who calls upon the night
To find the lonely traveller
Lost in his own delight

...

If someone was there would it help you through
If all they wanted was the world for you
What would it take for you to really smile
and have it last for just a little while

...

Wars will end and hate will fade
Life will give to love's crusade
Tears will dry and hearts will mend
Peace will spread like ocean wind

...

Back to home from whence it came
Without a face
Without a name
Torn down to ashes

...

        Lives are ending
Lives beginning
Giving nights being born of sinning
Evil lives, confusion reigns

...

If I could make the world be still
Follow my command
I'd shroud the coming waters
Fray the feeble strands

...

                    Want

I want your time, your hand in mine
The world to stop leave life behind
A glance to spare
A laugh to share
A friendship deep, a treasure rare
Just you and me and open heart
To crawl inside, to be a part
I want to listen, just hear your voice
Wash over me the cleansing noise
Fill the air with your sweet breath
Breathe it in, forget the rest
I want to be gold among the rust
Your silver lining, your magic dust
I want you smile, I want it real
Not something you do
Something you feel

Hi Tater Crater, lovely poems, I want to ask you something? How can I contact you?
