Presently working as Director, MLB Institute of Mgmt. & Technology, Jagraon.
Formerly HOD, PG Dept of English, LRDAV College after 37 years of service; joined Lovely University as HOD and Coordinator, Languages and Humanities for some time; worked as Professor of Communication Skills and HOD, Applied Sciences Department, North West Institute of Engg. & Tech., Dhudike, Dt. Moga; LGC Chaukimaan in Ludhiana District; Also associated with IGNOU, New Delhi & VMOU, Kota, as a Course Writer. Authored English Grammar Books for Senior Secondary and Degree Classes; held a number of administrative and academic responsibilities; is a visiting faculty and a resource person; attended national seminars etc.
An internationally recognized poet and a critic of English Literature whose poems and articles have been posted and published in international research journals and sites like museindia.com, boloji.com, and munyori.com, Remarkings, Contemporary Vibes, Literary Review, Rock Pebbles.
Km. Anita Singh did her M.Phil on my poetry under the title- Socio-Political Consciousness in the Poetry of RKBhushan.
I have written Book Reviews; I am well-researched and my poems and Critical essays have been included in anthologies;
