Zookeeper Poem by Dorsey Baker

Zookeeper

keyhole
doorstep
to ecstasy
full pleasure input
foot stool to
an eternity
future and past
tomorrow's
bleeding
needing doctor
to come
the sharks
quickly feeding
wide open
mouth of blood
teeth sharp biting
swim into
a difficult
season of an ocean
when the waters
start to storm
only bottom feeders
still live
