You've Photographed That Girl's Soul! Poem by james watkin

You've Photographed That Girl's Soul!

Truly what, if anything
Of the authentic self
Do you see fit to image?
Youth's eternal bloomage?

Ah! Feigning unenlightenment.
Of soul, non-acquaintance.
Time-frozed, its outward impress!
Time-frozed, its fair brightness!
