Your Silence Hurts Me Poem by RATIKANTA SAMAL

Your Silence Hurts Me

Mighty thunderstorm in silence
Can carry away thatched mind;
Can ruin long stored memories
You know it, still you are unkind.

Have you changed your mind?
Weak sensation, illusive nature;
Stings the heart as if sting of death
Return with drops of cheerful tears.

Sweet calling breaks depression
Sprout of a new delightful time;
Counting of stars, wink and smile
Rest of life will make us sublime.

Tell me once breaking your silence
Give me a chance to reconstitute;
Erasing off-season storm in mind
Light my heart with your attribute.
