Your Not There Poem by ART PAUL SCHLOSSER

Your Not There

I'll never really win you
You just attract me in a dangerous way
You act like your mine
But it's not really clear but rather kind of gray

We say hi friendly like
But your charm leaves me in the cold
When I reach out to you
The door is locked until I plan to go

Now that I'm not interested
You wonder why as if you really cared
But the moment I come back
I will find you aren't anymore there
