You have expressed the hopeless intensity of young love with passion and conviction. You're right - love hurts! Your comparison of day and night too is spot on - 3 am is the loneliest time of all. love, Allie xxxx

You are a talented poet, you could portray effectively in words of poetry the sentiments of those in love, lost it and the hope to find love again. I can feel it in most of your poems. Thank you for sharing Lin.

Hmm... I recognise this kind of love Linley, so amazing that you're experiencing this so young (not a criticism at all) . Just I was only playing at love back then.... Anyway, you write with great conviction and passion, and that's what makes a great poet for me! HG: -) xxx

A strong poem of loss and longing, which has very moving touches - especially in the judicious use of 'babe'. The pain is exposed but not overdone. It has very good technical merit from beginning to end, and has some dazzlingly good lines. This is superb work Lin. jim
