Yes Free Faller, we do have to learn to control anger in childhood or loosing it in adulthood can be deadly. You describe the effects on people around the anger, perfectly. A lot of women direct their anger positively by cleaning from my experience! Letting it out positively can be very rewarding and it does have to be dealt with.
