A lovely poem. Not long ago I was alone. Then I met my beloved, and now what was two is one. So those few times I have been alone again, I feel very alone as if I was now only half of what I should be. Your poem is a lovely expression of missing your other half, even if just for a short time.

The welcome oblivion of nothingness. A poem of great longing. Thanks for sharing.
