On the way to the picnic spot, hail a bullock cart, Sit on the carriage and wave at the vehicles pass. Stop to rock on a swing you see swaying from a tree, Put bright flowers on your head and pose for photographs, Without a care in the world and as free as a bird, Then you are truly young at heart! yes it is the young spirit that matters. at any age you can be wonderful in every sensual way. thank you for revealing your ideas and revealing your real you.

This is a great, reassuring poem for an old man like me. What a coincidence - it was only last night I watched on fb Late Anthony Quinn at age 84 redoing his Zorba Greek dance. Quinn started slow and then regaled. It was great to watch his mirth and steps. Thank you for keeping our spirits high. 10 no doubt, if not more.
