You Take Away The Vision From My Eyes
You have great vision
of a woman
and
perhaps all that is
by pragmatic experience
as you know
I too am Romantic
but not as much as you
are demonstrative
some day when I am better
I shall recall the time
which so suddenly
now lapses from my mind
as it is now
in a world of confusion

if not physically
at least mentally
your fingers
move across my mind's synapses

make me see
you are not only a poet
but a poem
