You say that you love the Lord Jesus
With all of your soul and heart,
You know that he always sees us
So, when is that loving of yours going to start.
You don't ever follow in his teaching
On what our Lord as done or had said,
You never listen to his preaching
You usually do the opposite instead.
I wonder when are you going to church
For fellowship and to worship him,
When will you finally end your search
Finding him, instead of them.
When are you going to stop all your hating
As Jesus had always taught,
And when will you stop your berating
Love and peace you still haven't sought.
You tell others that you are a true Christian
But, that's all just make believing,
You never do the Lord's mission
Yourself and others you are only just deceiving.
You always have a fistful of stones
As you sit and judge and ridicule others,
You enjoy the listening of pleads and moans
While harming your own sisters and brothers.
Jesus said to turn the other cheek
And to always help the poor and the needy,
But, you hate the poor and also the weak
You think that they are all crooks and seedy.
You hate immigrants we all know for sure
And you hate it when the government gives the needy a dollar,
You don't care that they suffer as the poor
About your monetary pain you post and scream and holler.
To love Jesus with all your heart, and soul, and mind
Is the most important commandment that will please,
The second is equally important, Love your neighbor as yourself and be kind
No other commandment is greater than these.
So, tell us have you gave your life to Christ
Tell me are you truly saved,
Tell us what for the lord and others have you sacrificed
And in the book of life do you believe your name is engraved.
