You're in the spotlight
right now!
but when another star
comes along
you'll fade away

Aint too much room
on the top of the mountain
you can't stay very long
on the top of the mountain
you'r on the mountain
everybody is trying to climb
You may be strong enough
but you just cannot fight
father time
when another star
comes along
you'll fade away

in the spotlight you cannot
forever stay
