You Encapsulate Humanity (Sonnet #226) Poem by Tina Baaklini

You Encapsulate Humanity (Sonnet #226)

We share a unique language, that of the souls,
I dwell within you as you within me,
Amid fierce storms, you help me stand tall,
O soulmate, you're my whole family.

Your love is deep and unconditional,
Tender, caring as that of a mother,
Supportive as siblings, so adorable,
A beacon guiding my steps as a father.

But above all you remain my soulmate
The tender heart that never changed through time
You remain my life's bliss, my gift from fate
My endless love, your heart forever mine.

I wonder how one soul can encapsulate
Humanity—Will you tell me how, O soulmate?
