All of my life, I've had a silly supposition
That you can't end a sentence with a preposition.
But you can do it, it's true;
And I will prove it to you.
If you give me one little point for each,
You'll see that five is my total score:
What did you bring that book that I
Didn't want to be read to out of up for?
Five marks for the last sentence and a big ten + for this interesting and funny poem.
End with a preposition, end with the definite article, end with the indefinite article, begin with a full stop, end with a comma and so on. In poetry you should be free. I echo your sentiments Kim.
