You Came Like No Others Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

You Came Like No Others

You Came Like No Others

You came like no others,
youngest of the longest broodings
of remembered time,

unnafraid of the dark harangues,
and the shadow boxing's monologues,

On the scariest scent for a kill,
and huntings at your unknown dark enemy,

Are you wearing a cloak of a saint, ?
The rites of an exorcism performed by a priest.

the sad crusader of
facetious righteousness,
or an innocent witness's of the helpless times,

Where life is merely a handful of dust thrown to the soil,
Do you believe in the devil,
Are you the devil himself,
The knight's in his shinning armor, ?

Are you your own enemy,
Did you know others had embrace
these bad habits and calm forbearance,
as sacrifice to mend these broken fences?

The hunted is never too good for the hunters,
A bullet strucked on his own throat by other accidents,

A life thrown away by the loud vocals,
Amplifiers too loud for its volumes to hold,
