You Came As A Mermaid Poem by Dev Anand

You Came As A Mermaid

Rating: 5.0

This night you came to my bedroom
as a Mermaid.
I know why.

Last time when we met
I told you
I do not want sex
I want love.

I want to drink out your heart
filled with the honey of love.

So you came today as a Mermaid.

I cannot have sex with you now.
You are a Mermaid.

Simplicity combined with innocence and warmth. Well done! A fine verse!
