You Are My Heartbeat
Even from afar,
you glow in my heart
With exuberance
that cannot be overlooked
You remain clear
in the midst of my numerous thoughts
Quenching the dreadful energies that seek to suppress my joy
You shine in my heart
You shine in my thoughts
And even though you are far away,
You are closer than the people near
Because you are my heartbeat.
