Yesterday
If yesterday I had known
Where I was headed
And what I would be
If some how I had seen
Just where my actions
Just where my course
Just what my wants
Would take me
I would like to think
I would like to believe
I would have gone
A different way
To a different place
But I might lose
What I hold dear
I might lose
What I am
Yet I wonder
Who would I be
If yesterday I knew
Where I am today
