But first, do young people still get a thrill from getting soaked in a downpour (not everyday of course!) , or go running through the fields hurdling fences, or try to throw stones across their local lochs/lakes/rivers etc... or have ipads, ipods and xboxes rendered my fond and simple recollections down to the bizarrely quaint..?
I am glad to say some young people (and some older ones too!) do still get a thrill from the things you mention below, though sometimes they need reintroducing to the simple pleasures that nature freely offers - pleasures that don't cost the earth or require a wifi connection yet things that enrich the lives of those who dare to look beyond an interface of technology and connect on a very different level.
