@Sj Holland I am so glad to have your thoughtful comment on my poem. Though you do not visit this site on a regular basis, yet you took time to read my poem and appreciate it so generously! I am indeed touched by your words. Apart from the appreciative words on my poem, I particularly liked these lines of yours: ' I do believe though that we often understand the meaning behind a yea or nay given to us, but choose to ignore it, lol.'

The yeaness of the nayness here reveals that sometimes the mouth says one thing and the heart says another. Well done my friend!

@Pradip Chattopadhyay, Thanks for liking the poem. It was written in a lighter vein to dwell on the duality of meanings that the words may hold when spoken by men or women under varying circumstances.

@ Unwritten Soul, Thanks for your comment. The 'other words' can also be misunderstood, as long as the words are told to mean differently from the usual sense that they carry.

A very humorous poem because it is true. It is the games we play. It is about second guessing oneself about one another. to songs come to my mind as I read your poem The Games People Play and Its All in the Game.
