Ye Inertia Poem by stewart green

Ye Inertia

I have something to say,
Tried so long to keep it at bay
It lives inside of me,
Born as enmity to be

My soul can only be so strong
Can it be morning in not too long?
I keep it in shekels most of the day
In the dark and out of the way

When face to face and in the light
I stand with anger and with fright
It had growth again
Remain sane ignore the pain

Screaming silently all around me
Echoing up from deep inside me
If I shut my eyes and remain strong
He wont let it be that long
