A long walk under a portico as opposed to running in tall tree tops..... as assisted with my dictionary. This one had me thinking.
That is a great interpretation, Simone. What gave me the inspiration for this was someone pronouncing the word xysts a little too quickly.
To meditate on Nature While taking that walk On the garden walk Planted with trees Visualize God's children Doing same
Brilliant, Richard. This is making me look forward to a perfect late spring or summer day. Thanks for reading, my friend.
M.J., thanks for the inspiration. And for inspiring me to come up with one of my better titles: Hey Couch Potato It's Time For A Xyst
once kids in towns played chasie in trees, aboreal run climb walks depending on limb size, I wonder how much season evergreen versus deciduous figures into tree climbing fun, lost from sight in trees beats gaget thumb game for exhileration buzzes and health, the blemished visage remains unsee for many techno children, I wonder how this will effect the mind, discarding nature never enjoyed played in, running jumps into flax near riverbanks, children playing such games is extinct in many contemporary towns along with cities which lost a nature touch long ago
Terry, o wow! You actually hit one of the interpretations I had when thinking about, composing this poem. The blemished visage is the one deprived of the arboreal experience. The blemished visage has not, looked up, looked away, to notice the arboreal surroundings. I think you may be the first to get this message. And then after a few more readings, I had/realized there was a second interpretation....
A gr00k you say., well, let's toast your gr00k cuz I like a stroll in the gardens. Fun! ! ! ! ! !
What a humorous poem it is indeed! Thanks for sharing.
Much appreciated! Thank you so much Kumarmani.
