Wonderful poem that just melted down from your heart. This happened with me too recently. I felt quiet blank for many days. It was the tough time. I am trying to come out... Never stop writing Shahzia, though you dont want to post for time being. But continue writing each day something. Your pen's ink can never dry Shahzia. How can it dry, when we all wait for your poems. Continue writing like before....Waiting for more from your pen...

Hi - Shahzia, no blockage no blankness it's just a leisure and enjoy this situation also. I'm sure very shortly you'll come up with your chisel sharpness. Mind my words.

When writers and fine artists of a society are blocked it starts decay of colorful flowers and green leaves. Be optimistic nobody can stop the spring. Nature is not helpless like us. You have described the society and prevailing conditions in a forceful and impressive poem, and that's all we can do.

The pen is sharp and wet and the hands that hold it are powerful. Disuse is better than abuse and misuse.. Be judicious and that is enough.

My pen had once an edge like blade Disuse has dulled my tools of trade Some times disuse keeps the edge protected. All it needs is resharpening and honing. Beautiful poem. Please keep the edge moving. Thank you.

How great minds think alike.....! Recently when I experienced a similar block, I wrote a poem.... My Problem with Words which I haven't posted yet...! But Shahzia.... you have a glib pen.... With Zaynub, I must also assure you...'disuse' has in no way affected the force and might of that weapon you weild.... Crisp and beautiful poem!
