Beautiful little birds, with their up-tilted tails. I watch them often whilst working on my own allotment.
This is such a lovely poem! Beauty and brevity combining to make it look so special! 'Far-carrying songs to each other. Their notes travelling overhead, Piercing spring air as clearly As the rays of sun.' Only a poet's ears can hear these beautiful songs, her eyes see the imagery and the inner eyes draw it out for the readers to marvel at! 10/10.
