Worry Poem by Marcquiese Burrell

Worry

I tried and I gave up
Think I've had enough
Hit a patch and it was rough
I don't care about you
Out with some friends
Headed to the club
Go get some drinks
Relinquished my love
It was your call
but I hung it up
I don't care about you
I don't care about...

torn the pages out, novel full of lies
you took enough space, found good in goodbye
torn the pages out
I don't care about you
I won't worry
oh, no, no

How I like to see you worry
How I like to see you crying
Inside I know you're dying
Should have not been lying
And now you feeling bad about it
It's karma coming to collect
A weight of committed crimes
I ain't feeling sorry for you

Thinking about the past, you should have been gone
Kept giving chances after chance when you did wrong
Just like given all my love was so useless
When you justify your actions with excuses
but you ain't got to love me
I'm going say all i got to say
and I must say
I ain't ever been in love with somebody
who would walk out on the good life
if you want to leave, why commit that suicide?
I did what I felt was right
cause you did me wrong each and every night
You be the vomit that I'm throwing up
You've made the gamble now you out of luck
I hear a snake in the grass
It's trouble in the forecasts
I know you thought you'd never lose me boo
better get in contact with your number two
