Shall I wait until tomorrow
Just to express my gratitude
Words speak more than a smile
For an African a smile means very little
Let my heart speak before my Maker
To express my gratitude from the depth of my being
Shall I wait until next week
Shall I tarry any longer to utter words
Why procrastinate until tomorrow to say words
For today is ours to live in
Tomorrow in the hands of God belongs
So while we have today
Let us rejoice in the presence of our God
Let my heart be filled with the joy of the Lord
For the strength of God I daily need
To fill my heart my soul my spirit
That I may dance again before my God
Though trial come my way
Though tribulations rage like a storm
Great comfort in Your Word I find
Words Your Words alone gives me courage
