This is a beautiful piece of prose and a special tribute to your love. I'm so sorry for your loss. This is the first poem I've read of yours and it's beautifully written and expressed.

ALS is a horrible disease, but then, any disease that takes away a loved one could be called horrible. I'm so sorry for your loss. Your poem is extremely well-written and a wonderful tribute.
