Word that killed two
I didn't know You are a good shooter.
Your word had a clear objective
and only one target,
but that word, in me, killed two:
Your Lie and You.

Riječ koja je ubila dvoje
Nisam znao da si dobar strijelac.
Tvoja riječ je imala jasan cilj
i samo jednu metu,
ali ta riječ je, u meni, ubila dvoje:
Tvoju laž i Tebe.
This poem has the similar sharpness, as a tanka in Japanese poetry: it expresses immediately the 'fury' of the animal heart, bruised with love. I love the way it is composed!
