Some words are more valuable than gems and some of these are love, please, thank-you and sorry. You have edifyingly depicted this poem taking the word love. Many thanks dear Cigeng, may God elevate your poetic thoughts...10
I like the Chinese saying a word spoken is an arrow let fly. Your comment is so good that some words are more valuable than gems.Thank you for your words.
You are highlighting the very essence of meaning in a poem which is the individual word. And you prove this by putting your chosen word alone in capitals on a line - twice. That made me pause, because the sentences clustered around those two highlighted appearances show its application is vexed even though its meaning is clear. And your want your reader to appreciate this. (Just to the right of my comment PH has a list of RELATED POEMS, One is Shelley's ONE WORD TOO OFTEN PROFANED. He meant the word LOVE! He supports your POV.)
Thanks for your nice comment. In my eyes, some words are promises, heavy, hard to realize.
Lovely poem, I really like the pretext you've woven into it.
Especially the word love. Good. You may like to read my poem (Love and Lust) . Thanks
