I once had a dream wherein I was to learn the thousand laws of life. The very first lesson was: never harm or kill a tree without telling it your intention first, sort of like asking for permission..that dream had such a profound effect upon me. This poem is a fitting tribute to another obviously sentient being on this diverse planet.
You are gloriously in tune with nature. Green fields, and the woods are an essential part of my life as well. A huge elm that I played under as a child often appears in my dreams.10/10. Warm regards, Sandra
