this is certainly interesting....whatever THAT means. i think i like it, though i do not pretend to understand it completely. i have read the story...or saw the movie..or both..of the scarlet letter. i also see the other comment mentioning Hester so i guess that is the scarlet letter you refer to? ? having sex/a baby outside of marriage? i especially liked the sound of mud is dissolved in her body and tear-soaked dreams....not that i would like to feel that way!
