Before we go to that question itself,
Let me introduce the concept
the Fine Structure Constant, the number 1/137.
This constant is the measure of the strength
of the electromagnetic force, how electrons
and other electromagnetic particles interact
with light's photons.. This immutable number
also determines how stars burn,
how chemistry happens and whether atoms
exist at all. The number 137 has deep mystical
and metaphysical ramifications, profound
enigmatic significance. The number crops in
Kabbalah and many other areas.
Nobel laareate physicist
Richartd Feynman regarded it as a symbol
of our infinine ignorance.
