Woeful Tears Poem by Annette Aitken

Woeful Tears

Rating: 4.6

Woeful Tears

Do not allow woeful tears
destroy memories of what was
be joyous in what we have
not what we have lost
Just as the darkness turns to light
moon gives way to sun
tears of sadness turn to joy
illuminating our lives

Great little poem, good memories should be strong enough to survive difficult times.

Great advice. For once upon a time was pretty wonderful. We should not forget.

A perfect recipe for happiness. Life moves and brings changes. We have to reconcile with our sorrows to move forward and enjoy what we have. Lovely write Annette.
