Without Interruptions Comments

The title is difficult to interpret in the context of the poem itself, excepting as a suggestion that if things continue on without interruption, then destructive misery lies ahead? Therefore imputing the recent political upheavals as beneficial interruptions? Since indeed corruption has been eating away at the foundations of society and politics for centuries, only escalating in recent years, then the 'interruptions' are vain chances of escape, I suspect. Fascinating.
