Within The Walls Of Our Minds Poem by Eva Mae Witt

Within The Walls Of Our Minds

There may be no greater walls within our creative minds to find
than these self-composed or ill-fated thoughts in our fragile mind

To say, I somewhat know all knowledge within the all of the hubris
till some nonexistent skills no longer enter into our thoughts remiss

Shall one listen to the right common wall of blindness of deceit
unless one has fallen by the unknown barrier left to fall and deplete

Do all humans do what they are told without ever asking why?
the barrier within the walls of our minds no longer say goodbye

In life, one should never pass up any chance per, say and cannot
know all that mere mortals should no more make up a sealed up room

and just add another tin roof atop to make it their ill-fated tomb
yet, as the years go on within the walls of our creative minds go boom.
