One lives in memory, and you're lucky to have got an eternal love :)

gee, i read this and commented last year, but i read it again and see i did not mention earlier that i think throughout is more proper than through out. in fact i'm not convinced that through out is ever proper. is it? ? ? it sounds like throw out. bri :) i've noticed several 'british-influenced' poets breaking up words e.g. some thing, not something, and else where, not elsewhere, in cases where i would NOT use two words for one. you weren't raised in U.K. or India, were you? well, more importantly, it is THE THOUGHT which counts in the poem. what a lucky gal!

Lynn, i'll grab this itty-bitty one for Section B of December's showcase. let me know if you want it back! i've been on a Bullet Train in Japan, but never on a Quatrain. i guess your heart must, therefor****, be eternal. interesting thought! or were you exaggerating? ****did therefor look funny to you also, Lynn. well, you probably would never have made my mistake, which is shown by my Google 'research': Well, therefore means 'for that reason' or 'consequently' or 'thus', whereas therefor without the E just means 'for that' or 'for it'. Whereas for therefor without the E, a good sentence would be: “The applicant must submit the application form and any supporting documentation therefor in two weeks' time”. bri :)

Have to tell you I love your style of writing, it's very intense and meaningful! Cannot stop reading it, I want to find out what you will say in your next poem, and the one after that, your feelings and emotions are deeply felt, touching my heart in depths of being. Short but very touching and meaningful once again. Thank you for sharing, please continue writing of what's in your heart, very beautiful! RoseAnn
