If my wishes were horses
I'd ride on them to be by your side
If they were music
They'd play you my heart's love songs
If my wishes were rainbows
With them, I'd make your life colorful
If they were distance
Then we'd never be apart
If my wishes were magic
You could have whatever you wanted
If they were stars
They'd shine brighter on your darkest nights
If my wishes were flowers
They'd fill your home with such beauty and fragrance
If they were like the weather
Your days would be like the springtime
If my wishes were the sun
They'd warm and brighten your everyday
If they were the moon
They'd smile down on you at night
If my wishes were like the flood
They'd drown away all your pains
If they were the wind
They'd place my blown kisses on your lips
If my wishes were hours
I'd hold on to you every second
If they were emotions
They'll show you how I feel about you
If my wishes were time
I'll go back to yesterday to relive my moments with you
If they were my expressions
They'd show you how much I love you and want to be with you always.
But wishes are just wishes,
I believe they do come true.
