Kelly, dear Kelly, don't try so hard. Like I said, you have a beautiful heart so when you write, edit from your head. In other words ask yourself, would I have read this if I hadn't have written it? Tell me, what is your background? You have the potential to be a very good writer, but you ave a lot to learn about the placement of words in poetry. i wonder who was the first person to wish on a star..and what caused them to..either way..stars still inspire us today. i think its something about thier color, the fact that they are constant..something to strive for, always just beyond our grasp..

i have a star that i look at every now and then and each day i wish i get what i wish for. crazy huh? but sometimes you do most times you don't. keep wishing and i'll wish that you someday find your wish.
