Wings Of Desires(Acrostic Sonnet) Poem by Avik Datta Gupta

Wings Of Desires(Acrostic Sonnet)

Where the blinded darkness ends
In the light of joy and peace
No need for false pretends
Gratitudes are in the breeze.
See the wings of desires open wide
Outstretched in the sunlit skies
Freedom flies with possesed pride
Defeating despairs, by surprise.
Ending the days for searching pleasure
Since there is no real space for grief
Intolerance is now a stolen treasure
Ransacked by a heroic thief
End those miseries from the despised head
Sing an elegy for sadness, as it lies dead

Wings Of Desires(Acrostic Sonnet)
