Anjali thou art writing about me..I'm married to a yoga teacher..I eat all my veggies up, I don't eat animals, I'm a happy sod and believe me it pays...to be healthy and retired is a gift from.. God but your poem is right you have to work for it....regards if thy are about.

But when a man of vision performs yoga in all seasons, that suffuses his cells with rejuvenating divine oxygen; means yoga cant help women....ha ha ha.... nice poem and interesting subject chosen....keep it up......

for depression cannot be hidden in whirls of smoke nor anxiety cannot be shrouded by a joint of coke. Nor Alcohol can dissolve the molecules of stress Nor amphetamine can give you an ace in race. on world no tobacco day... wonderful very well written... a caring poetry with a cause great hope a lot of others read it too... a pro bono publico message its atenner cheers
